Earl E. Gales, Jr.

Earl E. Gales, Jr., Chairman/CEO of Jenkins, Gales & Martinez, has been at the forefront of public transportation policy and implementation for more than 25 years. His experience includes Master Planning, Feasibility Studies, Architectural Design, Program and Construction Management for a wide variety of highly complex transit/transportation projects. Earl’s graduate thesis at UCLA (“An Integrated Rail Network for Metropolitan Los Angeles, c. 1978”) formed one of the critical documents in the Federal funding package for the Los Angeles Metro Rail system.

Having served on the US Vice President’s Commission on the National Infrastructure, Earl’s reputation in this vital field is well known. Earl established a $400,000 scholarship at UCLA for African-American students interested in Architecture.
